SnapIt Screw is a handy little invention to fix your specs on the go. Their current Shopify site was initially designed for B2B, with most of the sales of the product coming through stockists and Amazon – so it wasn’t speaking directly to the customer who actually used the product.
We brought in new consumer insights to drive the brand strategy in order to pivot the brand from B2B, to target the users of their product as well. The brand identity then fed into the development and design of the new website. Every step of the way, we ensured the target audience and user were at the core of any design decisions.
